CONTRACT RATIFIED!
OESPA overwhelming approved the compensation increase, a one-year delay for insurance premium and plan design changes, and contract language changes in Articles XIV, XV, XVI and Appendices A-3 and C tentatively agreed to by YOUR bargaining team on November 12, 2019. This ratification applies to all classified employees who worked in a benefited positions for at least one day over half of the 2018-2019 contract year.
