CONTRACT RATIFICATION BALLOT

What are you voting on?

The OESPA-OCPS Collaborative Bargaining Team recently reached two tentative agreements. One agreement is for the 2020-21 School Year and the other is for the 2021-2022 School Year year. The BALLOT contains two questions:

1. Do you accept the agreements for the 2020-2021 School Year?

2. Do you accept the agreements for the 2021-2022 School Year?

Answer each question individually. If you accept – select yes. If you do not accept – select no. If you wish not to vote for one or both of the questions, simply click abstain. 

Who is eligible to vote?

All OCPS classified employees are eligible to vote regardless of membership in the union. If you have questions, you may call OESPA at 407.270.4743 or Labor Relations at 407.317.3337.

When is the deadline to vote?

All votes must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 27, 2021. Ballots will be electronically counted Monday, September 27, 2021, beginning at 5:01 p.m.
